• Customers who placed vehicle deposits under the "Honoring Pioneers" program – deposits made from January 6, 2022 to April 6, 2022.
• Customers who sign an official vehicle purchase contract and place an additional deposit of 40 million VND with VinFast.

• E-voucher is issued and integrated into the VinClub member account. Customers can track the usage status of the e-voucher and the remaining nights available for booking when logging into their account.
• Customers can use the e-voucher to book services directly on the Vinpearl.com website or MyVinpearl app.

• Customers can exchange the 3-bedroom villa voucher for 3 hotel rooms for 4 people and book during the same stay period.
• Customers can split into multiple short-term vacations, with a minimum stay of 4 days 3 nights. In case customers split their vacation, customers will be entitled to use a maximum of 01 round of golf/person during each stay.
• For each code issued, customers will be able to use a maximum of 06 rounds of golf/code for a 4-day 3-night stay.
• Note: The package only apply to in-house guests during their stay at the hotel

• For the Vietnamese market: Valid until December 31, 2025, or 2 years from the activation date (whichever comes later), applicable for both booking and stay dates. For any booking made after this period, Vinpearl reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.

• For other markets: Valid for 2 years from the vehicle delivery date, applicable for both booking and stay dates. For any booking made after this period, Vinpearl reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.

• Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable (both stay period and hotel of stay).
• Renaming of representative guest is not applicable.

• Airport pickup/drop-off service:
  • Please provide the flight number and contact phone number at least 05 days prior to the check-in date (maximum of 01 complimentary pickup & drop-off per group). In the event that information is not provided within the specified time frame, we understand that you will arrange transportation to the hotel on your own.
  • Applicable to guests staying at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, arriving and departing from Cat Bi Airport and Van Don Airport.
• Golf service: Please provide the time of service usage at least 05 days prior to the check-in date for assistance in checking the availability of tee times at the Golf course and confirmation (subject to availability at the time of booking).

• Changes to staying guest names (other than the representative guest): a fee of 350,000 VND/name/update will apply for additions/adjustments made within 5 days before check-in date.
