2. How to claim your gift
- After successfully booking, a Lucky Gift Box will appear on your screen. Please note: The gift box will only be displayed once, so make sure to open it right away — this opportunity won’t return if missed!
- To open the gift, please fill in the following information: booking email, order number, and phone number. Then, choose one of the 6 gift boxes and click “Open Gift Box Now"
- Once opened successfully, your voucher will be sent to your booking email

3. Terms and conditions
- Booking Period: on “Double Day” of each month (6/6, 7/7, 8/8, etc.), from 00:00 to 24:00 Vietnam time
- Stay Period: No restrictions
- Each customer can participate in one spin per day.
- After successfully opening the gift, vouchers will be sent to the customer’s email.
- The voucher is valid only during the stay at Vinpearl and cannot be rescheduled.
- Merchandise gift vouchers worth 150,000 VND will be converted into hotel credit vouchers of 150,000 VND for guests staying at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long
- Spa vouchers will be converted into hotel credit vouchers of 250,000 VND for guests staying at VinHolidays Fiesta Phu Quoc
