The voucher will be issued to your account on the MyVinpearl app and notified to you via email/SMS/WhatsApp on your check-in day. Vouchers will be distributed until the program's quota is exhausted, at which point distribution will cease.
1. Validity Period
The voucher is valid for use within 3 days from the date of receipt.
2. Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Download the MyVinpearl application.
- Step 2: Log in to the account using the registered email.
*If you have forgotten or don't have a password, please select "Forgot Password" to reset it." - Step 3: Go to "Account" -> Select "My Offers" -> Choose "Grand World Voucher," then press "Use" to scan the payment QR code at the participating outlet and present the successful usage screen to the outlet staff to complete the payment.
3. Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are issued in denominations of 50,000 VND (the number of vouchers corresponds to the total voucher value received by the guest).
- Vouchers are valid at participating outlets. The list of outlets is available under the “Usage Locations” section.
- Vouchers can be used for up to 50% of the bill’s value, and multiple vouchers can be combined for a single bill.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and is valid for one-time use only.
- Electronic vouchers are designated for the individual user and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred.
- Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by the outlet.
- Guests are required to pay any additional amount if the bill exceeds the voucher value, and no change will be provided if the bill is less than the voucher value.
