All Pearl Club points accumulated before August 8, 2024, will be automatically converted into vouchers (applicable for services such as spa treatments and dining, excluding alcoholic beverages) corresponding to the value of the remaining points.
1. Terms and conditions
Please be aware of the following terms when receiving and using your voucher:
- The voucher's value corresponds to the remaining Pearl points of the customer.
- Vouchers are valid for direct services at Vinpearl hotels in Nha Trang (applicable to spa and dining services, excluding alcoholic beverages).
- Please present the voucher code to the hotel/restaurant receptionist to use it.
- Each voucher can be used only once and is not redeemable for cash.
- Vouchers can be combined with other hotel promotions.
- Electronic vouchers are assigned to a specific user and are not transferable or for sale.
- Expiration date: The voucher must be used by December 31, 2024.

3. How to use your voucher on the MyVinpearl application
First, please download the MyVinpearl app from the App Store or Google Play. Then, follow these steps:
Step 1: Use your email or phone number to create an account or log in.
Step 2: Go to “My deals”
Step 3: Select voucher
Step 4: Read the terms carefully and click “Use”
Step 5: Select “My QR Code” and present the code to the staff/cashier
