GOLF COURSE RULES

1. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

The players must comply with the R&A Golf Rules, USGA, Regulations, Rules of the Golf Course, and instructions/operations of the Management Board and may not be involved in betting in any form.

2. RULES OF GOLF COURSE

2.1. Groups of players

a. The maximum number of players permitted in a group is four. Any exceptions shall be approved by the Management Board and shall be kept up with the normal pace.

b. On weekends/holidays or peak days of the week, groups of less than 4 players may be required to join another group with a shortage of players depending on the availability of the course and have no priority over other groups of 4 players regarding booking a place.

2.2. Late arrival

It is the players’ responsibility to arrive at the tee 5 minutes prior to their booked tee time. The players that are late for their tee time must wait for the signal of the course operator.

2.3. Dress code

All players are required to wear appropriate golf attire in the public areas of the golf course. Jeans and shirts without collars are permitted only in the Clubhouse.

2.4. Locker rooms

a. The lockers are only used during the day according to the operation time. All locker keys must be returned to the locker attendant before leaving. Lost keys will be charged a regulated fee.

b. No smoking is allowed in the locker rooms.

c. The Guests are responsible for self-preservation of property and personal belongings. The Management Board is not responsible for any losses or damages to personal belongings brought into the locker room or kept in the lockers.

2.5. Food and drink

The Guests shall not bring food and drink to the Golf Course area, otherwise, they will be charged a service fee according to the rules of the golf course.

2.6. Weather

a. In case of lightning in the golf area, the Management Board may decide to suspend all play; in such case, the players and Caddies need to move to the nearest kiosk or rain shelter. The Management Board will reopen the Golf Course usually 30 minutes after the last lightning strike. Three long whistles are a signal to stop the play, and one long whistle signals that the play will continue.

b. The players shall bear their own risk if they fail to comply with the above signals and instructions of Caddies and Management Board when facing adverse weather conditions.

2.7. Golf carts

a. The golf carts are kept on the cart path, not on the grass. Any violating Guests who fail to comply with the rules after being warned by the golf staff will be required to stop playing and pay the cost of repairing the course (if any).

b. For non-members: The golf cart hirer is responsible for maintaining the cart and for any related damage to people and property caused by the cart operation for each golf session at the course.

c. All Guests are required to use carts. The maximum number of players in a cart is 02 players and 02 Caddies.

d. The players are not allowed to drive in the opposite direction without the instructions of the golf course operator.

2.8. Preservation of personal properties

a. The golf staff, including Caddies shall not accept and be responsible for managing the Guests’ belongings.

b. The Management Board is not responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of players and Guests.

2.9. Liability

a. Non-member Guests need to sign a commitment on liability for each golf session at the course.

b. The Guests shall preserve and protect the property of the Golf Course and indemnify for any damage caused by them.

c. The Guests shall comply with all safety instructions of golf staff, and bear the sole responsibility for performing any actions that endanger themselves and others in the Golf Course area.

2.10. Conduct on the Golf Course

a. Stand far enough away from the player making a stroke and out of the line of play.

b. Tee off your ball on time, without delay, and follow the instructions of the golf staff.

c. Pay attention to what is going on behind you and if you are in a slower group, let the group behind you play through

d. When finishing a hole, move immediately to the next tee.

e. Ensure no danger to others when making a tee-off. f. If you see a dangerous situation to others, shout BALL/FORE or (BALL/DOWN).

g. Do not move or make noise while another player is playing their shot or during their pre-shot routine, or affect surrounding groups.

h. Always leave the course in the condition you found it or better, do not litter on the course.

i. Do not speak loudly, make noise, or have loud conversations while on the Golf Course. j. Do not bring any pets and any objects or weapons that may cause injury or fire or explosion into the Golf Course.

k. Always behave gently, civilly, and politely with everyone and staff at any place and at any time on the Golf Course.

l. Never argue, threaten, quarrel, hit others, destroy property or use profanity or swear words on the Golf Course.

m. The Guests shall not smoke and use alcohol, drugs, and prohibited substances in any form, at any place on the Golf Course. The Guests who have used alcohol or drugs,... are not allowed to play on the course.

n. The Guests are not allowed to arbitrarily skip a hole without the consent of the golf operator.

o. At the location of Par 3 holes, the Guests must follow instructions of the course operator if crowded.

2.11. Violations of rules and code of conduct

The Management Board reserves the right to handle any violation of Golf Course rules and regulations as it deems necessary. Any violation of the Rules may result in the suspension of Membership without prior notice, or the termination of Membership rights, depending on the severity of the violation, specifically:

(i) Violation for the first time (without consequences):

  • For Members: Giving verbal or written reprimand and suspending Membership for 07 days from the date of violation,
  • For Non-members: Denying bookings for 07 days from the date of violation;

(ii) Violation for the second time (without consequences):

  • For Members: Giving verbal or written reprimand and suspending Membership for 30 days from the date of violation,
  • For Non-members: Denying bookings for 30 days from the date of violation;

(iii) Violation for the third time onwards or serious violation even for the first time. For the avoidance of double, a serious violation means an irremediable violation or a violation of the law:

  • For Members: Terminating Membership with no membership registration fee refunded.
  • For Non-members: Immediately stopping services and denying bookings for 90 days from the date of violation.

(iv) Regarding to acts of violence, fighting with other golfers or golf staff, or intentional disturbance or destruction of property:

  • For Members: Immediately expelling them from the Golf Course, terminating the Membership Agreement, permanently terminating services with no membership registration fee refunded, and requiring them to pay compensation for damages (if any) caused to the Company, golf staff, or other golfers;
  • For Non-members: Immediately expelling them from the Golf Course, permanently terminating services, and requiring them to pay compensation for damages (if any) caused to the Company, golf staff, or other golfers.
