Hanoi Golf Association & Quang Nam Golf Association win the Vietnam Golf Associations Championship 2024
On the first day of competition (May 18), both the men's and women's teams from the Hanoi Golf Association took the lead. However, the intense competition from the Quang Nam Golf Association's men's team, as well as teams from Thai Nguyen Golf Association, Hai Phong Golf Association, and the women's team from Quang Nam Golf Association, made the final day's matches more exciting and dramatic.

This brought their total points to 9 after two days of competition, securing the men's team of the Hanoi Golf Association the championship title for this year's tournament.

The silver medal belongs to the men's team of Quang Nam Golf Association with a total of 7.5 points. The men's team of Ha Tinh Golf Association had a successful day, earning 5 points from 6 Single Match games. This result propelled the men's team of Ha Tinh Golf Association to claim the bronze medal with a total of 7 points.

In the women's category, the Quang Nam Golf Association's women's team held the top position alongside the Hanoi Golf Association's women's team on the first day of competition with a total of 4 points. As they entered the final day of competition, despite facing various challenges in the Single Match games, the golfers of the Quang Nam Golf Association's women's team played diligently to earn an additional 1.5 points. This result propelled the Quang Nam Golf Association's women's team to claim the highest position in the 2024 National Golf Associations Championship – Nam A Bank Cup with a total of 5.5 points.

Also on the final day of competition, the women's team of Binh Duong Golf Association made a strong breakthrough by earning 3.5 points, bringing their total points after 2 days of competition to 4.5. This score led the women's team of Binh Duong Golf Association to enter a playoff match with the women's team of Hanoi Golf Association, who also had 4.5 points, to compete for the silver medal.

In the playoff match held at hole #9, athlete Ngo Thi An Trinh secured victory against Mai Thi Thanh Tuyen from Hanoi, bringing home the silver medal for the Women's Team of Binh Duong Golf Association. The bronze medal belonged to the Women's Team of Hanoi Golf Association.
After 2 days of competition, besides the efforts of team members and the attention of golf association leaders, we cannot overlook the support and presence of the spectators. Many fans came to Vinpearl Golf Hai Phong over the past 2 days, following the teams from hole to hole, cheering and encouraging the athletes, boosting their spirits. This demonstrates the appeal of the tournament and spreads the spirit of determination, victory, and unity among the teams and the golf community as a whole.
